Do we provide Event Sponsorship?
Yes we do! We appreciate the cost and hard work required to run a great equestrian event. We also understand the loyal relationship many of our customers place in us and we try to help return this dedication where we can. As Ocean Easy Stables is a national company we receive requests for event sponsorship daily from various clubs and events all over Australia. Given such a high volume of requests, while we would love to assist everyone, unfortunately it is simply not possible as we are a small company. We do, however, have a sponsorship calendar quota/budget and we try to sponsor different disciplines in different areas. Of course, you do need to be one of our customers to ask for sponsorship!
How do we provide sponsorship?
In most cases we will provide products or online gift vouchers for prizes, or sometimes a combination of both. We only provide cash donations in exceptional circumstances/events. We only sponsor Equestrian events and generally don't sponsor raffles or fund raisers.
Do we sponsor young and upcoming riders?
We do have a number of Brand Ambassadors in several disciplines and currently have a full quota. At present we are not sponsoring any more riders. Rider sponsorship is a complex arrangement to manage and quantify, but we are working on a program to encourage young and upcoming riders in the future.
Will we sponsor your next event?
To begin with, we need to have some information from you so that we can consider sponsorship; please provide us all the following details via the email address below:
- Your group, organisation’s name or registered association details.
- Your organisation’s website and contact details (prizes will be sent to the registered address for your association)
- Your event date, event discipline and anticipated number of participants; if an annual event numbers from previous years. We will require minimum of 6 weeks’ notice in order for us to consider your event for sponsorship.
What do you need to do in return for OES sponsorship?
- Of course! - if you love our products and our service - spread the word – Facebook, website and Google reviews are always welcome!
- Promote our sponsorship on your social media posts.
- Display our donated products on the day.
- Put a link to our website on your website.
- Include a small Ocean Easy Stables logo in your event program/draw (we will send you the file). If you send an electronic copy of your event program to your members, we can provide a PDF file of one of our adverts to attach to the back of your electronic program, (we do ask for a copy of your event program with our logos before we dispatch the prizes.)
- After the event post some pictures from your event on our Facebook page and let us know how successful it was.
